Shipping in Canada: $15 flat rate for orders under $124.99
Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for receipt of your order (remote address may require additional days).

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges of purchases within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Please note: all items marked down by 50% or more are final sale. To be eligible for return/exchange, items must be unworn and have the original tags attached.

We offer free returns and exchanges on items discounted less than 50%. To request a return or exchange, please send your order number and reason for return to returns@finalrunway.com. You will receive an email with return authorization number and pre-paid shipping label/documents to be used for the return.

All authorized returns must be shipped back to us within 5 business days from receiving the return information. Any returns shipped after 5 business days may not be accepted.

Any return received without an authorization, or which does not comply with the above, may be denied at the discretion of the company.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 15 business days.

If your return is accepted, your refund, not including original shipping fees if any, will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to and additional 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
